1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ggplay platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or service offered through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ggplay platform and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and ggplay (the "Operator," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on ggplay. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and is enforced without exception. By registering an account, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older.

ggplay reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, as required by PAGCOR regulations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time you register, deposit, play, or withdraw funds. ggplay does not accept players from jurisdictions outside the Philippines, and attempts to access the platform from outside Philippine borders through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geolocation restrictions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceeding, or court order that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts or participating in online gaming activities under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use ggplay's real-money services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account per individual. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Date of birth (verification of 21+ age requirement)

• Accurate residential address within the Philippines
• A unique username and secure password

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Upon registration or at any time thereafter, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation to complete KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests may be withheld until satisfactory KYC verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security & Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to notify ggplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ggplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made under your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggplay accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and select cryptocurrency wallets (USDT, ETH, BTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on technical and regulatory factors.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account status. ggplay reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or to comply with AML requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing & Fees

Deposits made through GCash, PayMaya, and onli ne banking are typically credited to your ggplay account within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmations. ggplay does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which ggplay bears no responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or accounts belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited. ggplay reserves the right to reverse any such deposits and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and whose accounts are in good standing with no pending compliance reviews. ggplay targets withdrawal processing to GCash and PayMaya within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's own processing timelines.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by player account level and verification status. Players may contact support for information on their specific limits. ggplay reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

For the security of all players, ggplay may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Requested documentation must be submitted within five (5) business days. Failure to provide the requested verification may result in suspension of the withdrawal request until documentation is received and reviewed.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, ggplay will process withdrawals via an alternative method approved by the player. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will only be made to wallets registered in the player's name and verified through our KYC process.

6. Gameplay & Betting

6.1 Fair Play & RNG Certification

All games offered on the ggplay platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been reviewed and approved under PAGCOR's technical standards. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG and are not subject to manipulation by ggplay, game providers, or any third party.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game category on ggplay — including slots, live dealer games, Bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — is governed by specific rules applicable to that game type. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game.

6.3 Bet Acceptance & Technical Errors

All bets are subject to acceptance by ggplay's system. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message and reference number have been issued by the platform. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure during a game session or bet placement, ggplay reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. ggplay will not honor payouts arising from clearly erroneous game results caused by software malfunctions.

6.4 Collusion & Fraud

Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. ggplay employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their accounts terminated immediately, balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ggplay are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should review these requirements carefully before accepting any bonus offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ggplay reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, whether through the creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors in bonus calculations, or engagement in low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Accessing ggplay from outside Philippine territory or through geolocation circumvention tools
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or game errors for financial gain
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted areas of the platform
• Facilitating access for persons under 21 years of age or persons who have been self-excluded
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate grounds
• Conducting any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play for fraudulent gain
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ggplay staff, support agents, or other players

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by ggplay

ggplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player is found to have breached these Terms; a player's account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory investigation; suspicious activity is detected on the account; or the player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at ggplay's discretion where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law and regulation. Where termination is not the result of a player's breach — for example, where ggplay ceases to operate or a player voluntarily closes their account in good standing — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ggplay's customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take immediate effect upon confirmation.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

11.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggplay's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or service shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player during the seven (7) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ggplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or actions taken in accordance with these Terms.

11.2 Service Availability

ggplay aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including telecommunications failures and force majeure events — may cause temporary interruptions. ggplay will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players must submit a formal complaint to ggplay's customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. ggplay will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a player remains unsatisfied with ggplay's resolution, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels, as applicable under the terms of ggplay's operating license.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the complaint process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

ggplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the ggplay platform not less than seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulation. Your continued use of the ggplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
